BJ Fogg, PhD is a behavior scientist, researcher, teacher, author, and innovator at Stanford University. Dr. Fogg is founder and Director of the Stanford Behavior Design Lab, where he leads research and design. In addition, he devotes at least half of his time to industry projects and innovations, which focus on helping people change in positive ways. Dr. Fogg is the author of Persuasive Technology: Using Computers to Change What We Think and Do. He is the co-editor of Mobile Persuasion: 20 Perspectives on the Future of Behavior Change. In 2008 Fortune Magazine named Dr. Fogg as one of the 10 gurus you should know.
